Moises Pérez-Martínez

Moises Pérez-Martínez is a respected leader in community development, organizational strategy, and social impact. He is the President of the Latino Franchise Association, where he works to expand economic opportunity in Latino communities through education, access to capital, and the growth of franchising as a pathway for wealth building.
Moises is also Co Principal of Aha! Anticipatory Strategy Builders, a consulting firm that helps organizations navigate constant change through future focused strategy and executive leadership support. Previously, he served as Vice President for Workforce, Community, and Government Relations at SOMOS Community Care, where he was part of the founding development team.
For more than two decades, Moises was the Founder and Executive Director of Alianza Dominicana, one of the largest and most influential Latino community based organizations in New York City. His leadership shaped programs in youth development, public health, crisis response, nonprofit workforce development, and international relief efforts, while overseeing major community driven economic development projects.
A lifelong advocate for social equity and community empowerment, Moises brings to ID Studio Theater a deep commitment to strengthening cultural institutions, supporting youth, and building resilient ecosystems where art and community thrive.
