Tinto Frío

Sebastián Beltrán

Sebastián was born in Fort Lauderdale, FL. He spent most of his life in the Andean region of Colombia. He moved to Medellin to continue his studies in Opera performance. He has sung with several orchestras in Colombia and has participated in international choir contests. He moved to NYC in 2015 and formed Tinto Frío alongside Santiago Restrepo and Matteo Rinni in 2017; he is also an active member of ID Studio Theater, with which he has worked since 2016.

Santiago Restrepo

A native of Medellín, Colombia, Santiago started his music studies when he was 14 years old. He studied classical music and Opera performance in Bellas Artes and the University of Antioquia. Throughout his career he has performed with orchestras in Colombia and international choir competitions. He moved to NYC in 2016 to continue his career and formed Tinto Frío in 2017.

Marcin Wisniewski

A native of Lódż, Poland, Marcin Wisniewski is a guitarist and percussionist. He has performed with Grammy Award-winning Arturo O’Farrill, Ryan Keberle and D. D. Jackson. He currently performs as a solo act around New York City as well as with Tinto Frío; Grupo Aurora; Arco Latino; and the F-Tones.

Diego Alzate

Diego began his musical career in his native hometown, Medellín. He moved to the Netherlands where he got a BA in music performance at the Prins Claus Conservatoire in Groningen, where he had the opportunity to study and perform with European and American musicians such as Robin Eubanks, David Berkman, Don Braden, Gene Jackson and PCC Jazz orchestra, among others. Diego currently resides in New York City where he performs regularly at venues such as Silvana, Terraza 7 and Shrine.
